Default MRI result for my prostate. I think it's great news!

PROSTATE: Measures 4.5 x 3.4 x 3.6 cm for a volume of approximately 29 mL. Again noted is mild enlargement and nodularity of the transitional zone, consistent with BPH. No suspicious areas are seen within the transitional zone. Likewise, no suspicious areas are seen within the peripheral zone. Specifically, the previously described PIRADS 4 lesion in the peripheral zone of the right mid gland is not seen on this exam.

I'm not sure what you said above but it sounds good, congrats.

What prompted the MRI, did a PSA test come back bad?

Last year i had high psa. In the 7's They did an MRI found a small spot. Did a biopsy. Found some cancer. Compared to the 1st MRI this one sounds cancer free. My Psa's have been down 4-5 I'll find out more on the 4th when i see the doc. Thanks for all the replies too.
