Default How Kalifornia Became America's Housing MArket Nightmare

An informative article with "nifty" graphics that really helps explain a complex problem that is not Kalifornia's alone. The rest of the country is seeing similar indications of Kalifornia's ills in their own backyards. "Quality of Life" and "Standards of Living" are definitely effected by population density and of course DEMOCRAT political policies at state levels.

But you can't convince the 70% youth demographic that thinks socialism is the way to go.

There is a lot of abandoned houses in my area. A lot have been bought by out of town landlords. It's good they are not going to pot. But they became section 8 homes. So the residents are not the best. There is 2 houses behind me. One was fixed up nice. They hoped to flip it. Never happened, Then the other a couple from NJ bought. But they seamed to have lost interest in it. Now the druggies broke into it. And are using it.

Don’t be so hard on your town, Coal. The prison is running at 101%! Sounds successful and well run. In all seriousness, you area is very nice with good hunting and but some poor shots. Lol.
