Default Trump ousts National Security Adviser John Bolton

“I disagreed strongly with many of his suggestions, as did others in the Administration, and therefore I asked John for his resignation, which was given to me this morning,” he continued. “I thank John very much for his service. I will be naming a new National Security Advisor next week.”

So will Bolton return to Fox news as a contributor? Or will he be on cnn/msnbc?

He is too much of a hawk to be on CNN or MSNBC
Scuttlebutt is he was not happy with Taliban coming to camp David, not a big fan of President rubbing elbows with dictators
Some other say critical of troop withdrawal fro Afghanistan.

A power play at high levels of government.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo won this round.

The DeomcRats hated him last week but this week they’ll say that his leaving is a huge mistake, a tremendous blunder by Trump and he’ll be a hero to the left if he doesn’t stick by Trump in his news interviews. Anything they can make out of nothing.

He's a leftist hawk. It has been the left who has accused Trump of treason for considering pulling out of Afghanistan. Now the left is talking about how troubling it is that Trump fired Bolton. The left are the war-mongers and shamelessly fight to have more Americans dying in the middle-east.

This has been a problem, for pretty much the first time I've seen it at anything close to this scale, since Trump took office. His staff has continuously fought him publicly and privately. They took their jobs, I think, underestimating Trump and thinking they would get in power and implement their own agendas rather than implement the President's agenda.

When any person takes a leadership position in any organization, private or public, their job is to voice, privately, their disagreements to their supervisor but, when the supervisor states the policy, their job is to help the supervisor. Trump hires people, or hoped to, based on their ability to give him advice and to run their departments. Probably, these people were capable of both but their choice was to turn on the President they swore to serve.

The real question is who’s working to turn Trumps people against him. The deepstate is real and very powerful. They can threaten your life, your family and everything that you or your family will ever have. Those are powerful tools and are very real.

The available pool of candidates awaiting to be called, or recalled , to serve in our government are as corrupted and filled with hubris as those presently serving.

Notice, no one who quits a government post or office ever leaves Washington D.C. or New York City. They all stick around for the money. Cable TV gig, law firm work, lobbyists, political party wonk. Never far from the action or exposure.

Somebody at State Department was being "tooled" by the old, retired, no-longer-fighting Taliban who represented themselves as the "current Taliban leadership". They were NOT. They are grifters trying to pass themselves off as having control over the the young Taliban thugs who are still ambushing and killing, all without the "leadership" of those the State Department was talking to. The posers just wanted a big, last score of U.S. bribe payments to make a deal. Then it was off to the "provinces" for personal retirement and to bask in the accomplishment of having scored on America, again.

It's time to leave Afghanistan, entirely and quickly. Nothing for us there. There never was.
