[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] was a convicted felon.

When the teen prepared to turn left from the left lane, a gold van cut in front of their car from the wrong lane, causing the teen to collide with the driver's side of the van, according to the complaint.

Smith, 46, got out of the car to check the damage and began yelling at the man driving the van, her son later told police. The van's driver said, "B****, I'll kill you," pointed a gun at her and fired, the complaint says.

    DNC electorate.
There are those who hate 2nd Amendment and vote for Democrats, and those who are not convicted felons.Hidden Content

What the hell is wrong with people.
I am getting to the point that felons should never be let out of jail if convicted of a violent crime.

We should make it illegal for felons to shoot people with guns.

We should make it illegal for felons to breath free air - ever.

Why is he even being given bail? Seriously? A multiple loser who intentionally killed a DOC officer gets 100K in bail? WTFO Wisconsin?

I assume you mean if convicted. If so, that's certainly the brunt of the problem. Armed robbery should get a sentence long enough, and harsh enough, that no one would ever want to go back. The consequences of violence should be so severe and so swift that people know their life is over when they commit such violence. No membership in the bad-boys gymnasium but, instead, a quick trip to join the bad-boys in whatever afterlife bad boys go to.

Penalties are not a deterrent and there isn't enough jail space to hold all the felons. In addition, those incarcerated get free dental. medical, room and board, rehab, access to libraries, television and sometimes limited Internet access with more and more "visits" by televideo like Skype.

Ex-cons have a hard time finding a job or an apartment and are very resentful that they have paid their debt to society and yet they are still ostracized. Additionally, prisons are fraught (new word of the day) with drug abuse on the inside and felons leave with that dependency and the need for funds to buy more.

With no job, money has to come from crime. It's a vicious circle and recidivism (I worked hard to get slip that one in) is high. Some ex-cons prefer prison to "outside."

The difference between a Socialist and a Communist is that the Socialist doesn't have all the guns yet.
