And taking into consideration how the State of Komiefornia handles water management, When do you think they will have another drought? a month from today, a year from today? I asking because THEY WILL have another drought.
Of course there will be more droughts in California. Droughts and floods in California are cyclical. No amount of 'water management' is going to change this. Water management can only allay the pain and the pain increases as the population increases.
And if they do not manage not only the water but the new undergrowth from a wet winter, the paradise scenario will rear its ugly head in another community.
Our "crystal ball" cannot make projections that far out. Let's take it one year at a time. Weather is funny that way.
