Gun Revolver Airsoft gun Trigger Everyday carry

I am well aware that this is not a fast draw holster and it is ugly. I am mostly concerned with concealment.
Ok it is cheap too, just like me.
This little S&W .38 Special fits in my back pocket and the bubble wrap liner gives my ass a little padding, not that I need more.

Look aside it works, it's definitely not pretty.

How do you conceal?

Well, as was said, if it works, fine. I however think that the packaging might tend to hamper easy access and could possibly get the gun caught.

You can buy very inexpensive in-pocket holsters for small guns. I myself carry a .357 shrouded hammer snubbie and have a nice comfy inside-the-pocket holster which I bought online from Uncle Mike's.

Uncle Mike's doesn't have the finest quality holsters but they do provide many types of very serviceable holsters of all sorts, quite budget priced. They are an excellent choice for inexpensive but adequate gear.

The holster I have is a small synthetic pouch with a flat padded surface on one side so that the gun doesn't "print" (is visible and therefore ill-concealed). I can slip it and the snubbie inside it into my front or hip jeans pocket, easy access, no binding or hampering the draw, but nicely concealed.

I'd recommend you check 'em out.

For me the fact that you carry is more important than how you carry. Once the legal side has been taken care of ( You get a CCP ) anything else you do for carry is your call and you get a few points for inventiveness.

Back when they were more or less in fashion I used to carry in a fanny pack so I can't fault anyone else for how they do it. But, It occurs to me that to a thief, a small package with some obvious weight to it might be a target for a snatch and dash.

I've been trying to decide what I think. So far I don't think much.

I won't be as gracious as some others may be. Carrying a gun is serious business. It doesn't do much good if you don't have access to it. In some cases it may get you killed. Your behavior with a gun may be different then if you didn't have one. I'd much rather hurt your feelings then you going around with a false sense of security.

You have a hammer to snag so shooting it from the bag may not be the best idea. To reliably remove it you need two hands. I have unbagged many items from bags like that and sometimes it takes a little maneuvering to get it out. Unless you bob your hammer and make other adjustments I don't see you drawing it quickly or reliably.

You get a A+ for originality, however your revolver doesn't have a safety, other than the weight of the trigger pull. Even though it's wrapped in bubble wrap, the trigger is not protected and if you wiggle the wrong way while sitting you could hear a loud "BANG" and end up having a painful hole in your backside.

As others have stated, you need a holster ...... one that protects the trigger from unintentional movement.
