    Default trying to identify a H&R 922

I have a H&R 922 double action 3.5 inch barrell with Serial # R36388. I have not been able to find any information on this pistol. Can anyone help!

The "R" serial number means that it was made in 1953 or after. If it's in reasonable condition, it's probably worth about 300 bucks.

Not bad; I sold one I bought in 1980 for $50 at a garage sale in 1990
