    Default Feed ramp scratched bad. 1911 9mm.

    I got the bore cleaned good. But the ramp is scored bad. Hope it doesn't effect feeding. I wish i looked the gun over better before buying. 1st issue i had though buying from gators.

    Im wondering the same myself. The bore was so bad you couldn't see the groves. Finish on the gun is real nice. It sure fooled me.

    Yeah a little mothers with just some hand polishing. I can feel the scratches though with my thumb nail. Im wondering if steel case ammo did it? Tomorrow ill test fire it.

    Is contacting RIA and getting a replacement barrel an option? even if it needs to be fitted by a GS?

    Yes they have replacements. I doubt they warranty that one. Not sure im mine is a bull or a standard barrel. Sorry i didn't get back right away. Went for an evening hunt.

    There are reasons that some people sell things. One of them is to get rid of problems.

    I just bought a USED Samsung S9+. It looked new on the outside. I hope it's not the case where they had problems and wanted to get rid of it.
