Default Having a problem with Sig customer service

I got a Sig 239 Legion for Christmas and registered the purchase with Sig in Jan. of this year so I could get the free custom case and challenge coin that Sig offers with new Legion purchases.

Still haven't received either. Their website shows it as 'pending fulfillment'.

Sent an email in March inquiring about it was given a polite response that basically said we'll send it when we get to it. Sent another email at the end of April that has been ignored. No response.

I've owned Sigs for years and love them but I've never had to deal with the company directly until now. I'm not happy with the delay nor their attitude about it. In 5 days it will be 4 full months since Sig acknowledged my registration.

Anyone else had an issue dealing with Sig?

Did you read the terms and conditions? It probably stayed months as expected delivery. You must understand that promo swag is considered bottom of the barrel, where firearm stuffs is at the top.

I know several people that received theirs in a matter of a couple of weeks. And if Sig is treating this as 'bottom of the barrel' then they'll never get a dime from me on anything except a firearm. Which I guess is fine with them.

Sig for me is quality but it's all about the money. I don't expect anything more than a quality firearm. Above that there customer service is mediocre at best. I spend my money at s&w I have never had an is due with them, and they send me free mags everytime I call.

i would guess that they have a certain number of pre-orders/registration requests that must be obtained. When the number is reached, then the order is placed.
I do not consider it a customer service problem......but more like a sig promotional service problem.....

I suspect Sig outsourced the fulfillment of their promotions to another company that specializes in processing promotional claims. And that company deals with numerous promotions from multiple companies. Since that company deals with thousands of claims daily, I also suspect they will get to your claim whenever they get to it.

So you don't really have an issue like a handgun malfunction or breakage, etc. You simply have a slow delivery on promo stuff. If it is pending fulfillment, that suggests they intend to get you your promised goodies. They did not say canceled or suggest that they would not fulfill it did they? Promo stuff takes time, I waited a few months for Springfield Armory to fulfill one of their promo deals, but they finally caught up. Sig will too. Relax, enjoy the pistol, the other stuff will catch up...

I filled out a online form to get some glock swag they had left over from the last shot show. No one here knew that i haven't received it yet.....well until now. I'm sure it will come someday.

I dealt with SIG c/s for a part to a P239 which they do not offer for sale nymore and they were outstanding. They went above n beyond the call of duty to help with the issue I was having. Your issue is not firearm related n not much c/s is sble to do, though your placed order will be fulfilled in the order it was received. I would not go on firearm forums and complain / bitch bout your impatient waiting, childish.
