    I'll say just these things:

    • Someone touching your wife/gf/daughter's ass is a crime -- a serious thing -- especially if they have the gall to do it in your presence... I'm sure you're all for following someone if they've committed a crime... We just have different perspectives on what's "criminal" or not.
    • Based on your emotional response, as a concealed carrier I think you could in fact learn a lot from John Correia. You should check out his videos.

...And since you're interested in my age, may I ask -- how old are you?

I'm in my 20s (though I never give my real age online). I'm guessing you're past 65 (not that there's anything wrong with that).

In your 20's. Wasn't too far off, go figure. You're only x amount of years out of high school and you think you have this sorted out already, typical. There was no emotion given in my replies, pointing things out is now emotional? Oh you little padawans are so funny sometimes. You assume to much and still need to learn and to read. All over the place? Na like I said you need to read, Stop trying to be smart and listen, and stop projecting what you'd do onto others. You presume to much (as seen here) and just take life as it comes. Like Alan and others have said situational awareness will go a long way.

Oh bout Jonny - like I said you presume to much, I don't take training from videos. Good luck in your training if you ever take our advice and get some. Your first training should be in your state self defense and firearm laws. Criminal acts are still criminal acts and like said before take a course in your state self defense laws. Go ask them the SAME exact question word for word and then give them your response word for word like you replied here...especially with your peeve on the $%&# grabbing. Want to call the cops go for it, we never said don't. You Let them tell you what we're basically trying to tell you.

Still why would you ask firearm owners a none firearm related scenario? Still no video posted which you mentioned. You never got back if these happened to you. We like conversation and trying to help others. Some of us are blunt and straight to the point here, while trying to include humor. I feel you'll learn much hear if you just listen and put away the stubbornness.

Oh and for age...not even close to 65

    But, to clarify,

None of your scenarios portray an imminent threat to life or limb, except maybe #3, and then only if the perpetrator threatened you directly.

Any display or use of s firearm otherwise puts you in the wrong.

    Just to clarify on #2.
I would bloody his nose because nobody, and I mean nobody puts a hand on my woman.
After 27 years of marriage, even I still ask for permission:)
I would not brandish my weapon, just pop him in the nose. Most guys like that are cowards anyway.

Neither my life, nor anyone else's life, in immediate danger in any of your contrived scenarios. Therefore, my weapon remains holstered and concealed. It stays that way until, and if, my life and/or the life of my loved one is in immediate danger.

My wife would probably take him out. As a child growing up, one of her horses bit her - and if you remember Alex Karras from Blazing Saddles punching the horse and knocking it down - that's what she did to hers.........he never bit her again................

Scenario A -There is no "between us", I am walking right next to her.

    Scenario B- Same as "A".

Scenario C- I walk out of store, not my job to be store guard.

i will not answer something like this.
unless you have been in a situation like this you are only hoping thats what you will do.
what you do should depend on what the other persons reaction is

    Of course. Good answer.

... & for the record, I wasn't suggesting that the gun should come into play.

I think concealed carriers have to walk with an extra degree of prudence & an extra scoop of "patience with fools" -- for obvious reasons -- so I used these scenarios that I saw on vid to see what experienced cc'ers would do ... particularly in situations in which bullies might test your patience with stuff that's hard to ignore, like touching your gf's ass.
