Hello. I’m in the market and I’d like to know if anyone’s familiar with the company Aero Precision. I had a bad experience with a company called hardened arms and I don’t want to go through that again. Thank you much.
Not to try and get you to vent but what was your bad experience? I buy from Palmetto and have had my own bad experiences from them.

Thank you Coal Cracker. PSA is the only company I’ve dealt with. Did 3 builds through them. I really like PSA. However, they don’t have the upper I’m looking for, precision does. That’s the only reason why I’m inquiring about them. Thanks again.
Hello Fixitfred. My bad experience is with hardened arms. I paid for an order from them about 4 weeks ago. A week later I called to find out why I hadn’t received an update from them. A lady answered and said they were actually making what I ordered and that it would take 3 weeks. I called again last week and they wouldn’t personally answer the phone, nor would they respond to my calls. And their website no longer exists. And on yelp, I found quite a bit of people who’ve also been taken by them. That’s all.
I bought my AR pistol from PSA, I am very pleased with it, as well as their service. I also bought an upper from Bear Creak because they are local, but they got raided by ICE, and had numerous illegal employees. I will not buy from them again, this is not how a gun company should act. I have not heard anything like that about PSA so that would be my recommendation.
I know folks who are quite satisfied with Aero Precision and their products. PSA is good folks too,but if Aero Precision has what you want, that's where you need to go.
Knowing when and how...
Hello Walkingwolf and AgedWarrior. PSA is the only company I’ve ever dealt with and I’m very satisfied with them; they just don’t have what I’m looking for this time. Thank you both though.
I have an Aero lower and possibly a upper that i bought several years ago and have had no problems, These were just stripped and built the rest myself so i can't say how their complete upper would be. Also from what i have been told there is only a handful of companies that actually make their parts for the 100 or so companies that sell them. Like anything else made today they just contract out to a manufacturer and have their name put on it.

You know that little thing inside your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, I don't have one of those.

You can't fix democrat.
I built my first AR from a stripped Aero Precision Lower and Upper. Build went well, both upper and lower assembled easily, with an assortment of parts from CMMG,
BCM, and a couple other companies.
AFAIK, Hardened Arms is out of business, and, I guess I am fortunate, not to have done business with them.
