Well, just speaking for myself.... I've heard there is a very interesting weapons museum in London. I believe I'd like to see that...

I also like steak and mushroom pie and I'd like to try fish and chips.

The wife and I were in London a couple years back and found everyone pretty nice except the guys that wouldn't let me video tape on the tours we went on (but I did anyway)
But then we were staying at the Savoy, so I guess they had to be nice.

    Hi Don,
Yes there are some exelent arms museums, for ancient weapons its got to be the Tower of London museum they have got guns there going back to King Henry v111 circa 1560 [dont quote me on these dates my history is not that good]. You have got the Imperial War museum just over the river in Lambeth, thats intresting. Theres a good one in Chelsea. Then about 45miles north east you have got Duxford which was an American fighter base in ww2 where they restore old aircraft and fly them. They maintane and fly the Sally B a B17 flying fortress i belive the only one left airworthy in Europe it Fetured in the film The Menphis Belle. They have in the last few years built a massive building on the lines of a nuculer bunker to house the American air craft there must be 20 in there.
Anyway as for fish and chips you will have to go up north to west Yorkshire to get the best ones and it has got haddock and King Edward potatoes deep fried in beef dripping {fat]. Real heart attack stuff.

I have been renting guns from ranges for years,You go in Fill out a Questionaire the basic questions are have you a criminal record, are you mentaly stable and have you shot before. You show them your id in my case it is allways my UK driving licence allthough i have my passport on me in case they ask and they never have, choose your gun get some rounds and away you go.the only time i had a range instructor with me was when i rented an Uzi 9mm and a HKmp5 which for obvius reasons makes sense. These ranges were and in Florida and Georgia by the way.
