    Default Browning Hi Power

    I just obtained a Browning Hi Power 9mm that was manufactured in 1977 it has been sitting in a case since then and is in pristine shape the only problem is it only has one magazine does anyone know if the current production Hi Power magazines will fit my 77 model

    Welcome to the NGF, from the swamp north of The Swamp.

    I've got a FN Hi-power, from when the Nazis invaded Europe, and took

    over the plant. Waffen stamps, and all. I just picked up a couple of

    standard 15 round mags for it, and they fit fine.

    You can get Hogue grips for it, too.

    They will fit and function just fine.

    ....does the current hi power mags still have that mouse trap spring?........have not seen one in a while.

    They do. Most, if not all, aftermarket magazines do not.
