    I'm with Win231.
    That's where I shop also.
    I also shoot a S&W 500 and the 45 Long Colt.
I pour my own bullets for these plus I but from Berry's.
If you want to cast your own 460, I'd get a mould that is made for a gas check.
It's all fun and games till somebody get's hurt....

I have been partial to Unique for the 45 acp. Powder Valley is a good company to deal with, but right now (as of yesterday) they have a shortage of just about every powder, bullets, and primers. You're going to have to shop around a bit to find anything. It's not just guns that there is a run on.

Thanks I appreciate it.I have to call Powder Valley because I'm having problems getting on their site using my MacPro comp. Something about their website doesn't accept Safari and a bunch of other servers. But again Thanks

For the .460, I would recommend Starline brass and sticking with Jacketed bullets until you are familiar with reloading. Hornady XTP-Mag bullets (not their standard .45 caliber XTPs) in 240 and 300 gr weights are good and about the least expensive. I prefer the 240s for targets and the 300s for hunting. Speer 300 gr Deep Curls and others intended for .460 velocities are available too, but tend to be harder to find and more expensive. If you load .45 caliber jacketed bullets intended for .45 Colt velocities with .460 velocities, the thin jackets may separate in the barrel , may cause excessive forcing cone and top strap erosion and will give poor terminal performance. The .460 does not need to be loaded hot in order to perform. I do not know the platform you are using, but some PC revolvers have tight throats that produce higher pressure. Start at min loads and work your way up. In a revolver flattened primers in the .460 are the norm, but if you are getting sticky extraction you are too hot and need to back down. I prefer to use H110/W296 and IMR4227 for powders.
