I don't know anything more andI plan on calling the lawyer soon to see how much it will cost me to do this.Since I live 100 ft inside the denver city line its a good possability that theSherrif will never sign off on a class 3 item. If this works then I should beable to get my closest friends on the trust and we will all be able to buyclass 3 items by just paying for a tax stamp and then buying the suppressor,SBR, full auto 22lr (maybe!). There is no way around the tax stamp and there isreally no way of selling it because in order to sell it again a tax stamp hasto be purchased again, so you can sell it but your going to loose almosteverything you put into it to get rid of it. So it seems it would be a one timedeal that you will have for the rest of your life. Or at least the trust willown it you are just the custodian of it. The good thing is if something happensto you then the peice goes back into the trust bypassing probate and all thecrap that goes along with dividing up a deceased estate.

I believe purchasing your NFA toys via a corporation accomplishes the same thing as well. I'm not sure of all the in's and out's, but the lawyer you're going to speak with probably does.

I've worked for a corporation than provided us (Executive Security Team) with automatic weapons in a state where is isn't even legal for people to own them at all. As a corporation, they are/were apparently able to purchase, own, and even supply their properly licensed employees with these weapons for work purposes.

Was a few years back, so I'm not sure what, if anything has changed in this regard though. Would be interesting to hear what your attorney has to say on the subject for sure.
