Blue fish is my favorite. Most of the fish in our coastal waters are great. Not really big on freshwater fish, although I've grown to enjoy catfish when cooked right!!

I like salmon and halibut about the same, just depends on what sounds better that day! I wish I could eat it more, but it is so expensive and hard to catch all-year round, even by the Columbia River in Oregon!

Fresh-- bluegill, salmon or crappie. Salt------ about anything out of the gulf is good.

Saltwater: Red Snapper that's what I caught the most of off a platform in the Gulf.

Freshwater: Mississippi farm raised catfish with Hush Puppies and Cole Slaw. I kinda like the pan size Brim and Crappie we get from the lakes around here. Honestly, any editable fresh fish that comes out of nice clean water is good eating.
